McAllen Fitness Warehouse Shipping And Return Policies
McAllen Fitness Warehouse, hereinafter referred to as “MFW,” has developed these policies to provide transparency in its customer relationships.
MFW cannot guarantee delivery times if changes are made to an order after it has been confirmed, as orders are incorporated into the shipping schedule based on the selected carrier.
The delivery time provided in the quote is an estimate; the final time will be confirmed with the customer upon approval of their purchase order.
MFW is not obligated to cover special shipping costs to meet delivery times other than those established.
Please note that the estimated delivery times DO NOT INCLUDE the time required for the product to reach the customer’s warehouse.
Product Claims
Responsibility for the product transfers to the CUSTOMER once MFW hands it over to the shipping company. Any damage or shortage must be claimed directly with the shipping provider.
If the CUSTOMER does not collect the product shipped by the carrier, any loss or damage will be their responsibility and not attributable to MFW. The maximum period to pick up the product is 5 business days.
The CUSTOMER must receive sealed boxes, and in cases where there are shortages in materials and the box appears unaltered, a claim period of up to 3 days after receiving the order is provided. If boxes arrive damaged or the packaging is tampered with, the claim should be filed directly with the shipping company.
No claims will be accepted after two weeks from the shipment date.
Return or Cancellation Policies
If an item shows manufacturing defects, MFW will proceed with a warranty or product replacement.
The product may be returned at no cost in case of an incorrect item being sent, provided the original packaging is intact and shows no signs of damage or use (this does not apply to exports).
No returns or cancellations will be accepted after two weeks from delivery.
If a return is accepted for reasons not attributable to MFW, the customer will bear the shipping costs, and delivery times will depend on the availability and production schedule of MFW.
All returns must be authorized in writing by MFW; otherwise, no merchandise will be accepted.
If the CUSTOMER requests a return or cancellation of the order for reasons unrelated to MFW, a 20% handling and restocking fee will apply.
Cancellations will not be accepted for custom-manufactured products, nor will exchanges be accepted for reasons external to Import Fitness.
Warranties
We recommend always reviewing the manufacturer’s manual before using any equipment purchased.
MFW acts as an intermediary between the manufacturer and the end CUSTOMER, both for warranties and parts.
If the CUSTOMER seeks a warranty directly with the manufacturer without MFW’s written authorization, MFW will not be responsible for delivery times or warranty validation.
The warranty will be void if repairs are carried out without written consent from MFW or if the product is used improperly.
Force Majeure
MFW will not be responsible for delivery delays due to events deemed beyond its control, such as natural disasters, acts of war, government intervention, or other external causes, which will be communicated in writing to the CUSTOMER.
